Buyer beware

I purchased this set as a gift for someone very important to me. After only one month of wearing the bracelet it turned. Very embarrassing. I am shocked that Macy’s would sell such a low quality product. Of course it is exactly past the 30 day return period. No price for causing this embarrassment.

Used Rusted Damaged

I bought online this set (watch and bracelet) to give as a gift, and as soon as I opened the box I was chocked with the itens. Used, damaged, rusted and was a hair inside. So discussing. Inaccurate and inaccessible. I called to Macys.com and after explaining that I need to have the watch set replaced and asked to send me a new and on an expedited mail, the agent just hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. I will contact BBB and Corporate Oficce on this matter.
