Great carseats and a quick and easy install

We own two of them for our Grandson and they are easy to install. Very well made as well! We fought with other car seats to get them tight to keep him safe, very easy with this car seat. We are definitely happy with our purchases.

Amazing seat!

This is the best seat hands down. It is so easy to install and it has a carry handle! It is heavy, but I still love it! I would definitely recommend this seat to anyone who is looking for a good seat!

Comfortable for my child

My child seems to like this seat. I love the ease of instal. My only complaint is the rattle it has without a child in it going down the road. So annoying. I’ve tried adjusting and reinstalling but no stop to the rattle. So far have only used rear facing.

Design Flaw With Anchor Straps

This is not an exaggeration. The lower anchor strap is extremely difficult to tighten down and all too often it becomes uneven. I literally have to sit on the seat to add weight while trying pull the strap up with all my strength and only one side can be tighten down. If I don't do that, then the car seat wiggles out of position just a few short car rides. It becomes more difficult when I have to transfer the car seat to another car, such as for the babysitter, and the strap is nearly impossible to loosen without using a key or a screwdriver. I get the same result when installing it on leater and cloth seats. Never had this issue with Britax car seats before. Great for one time install if you don't mind muscling the strap down, otherwise STAY AWAY from this model!! It's not worth the hassle for the price tag.

Ridiculously Hard to Tighten

I really wanted to love this seat but it is SO HARD to tighten the harness straps. Nothing is twisted and I can never get the straps as tight as then need to be. I would not recommend this seat based on this issue and will likely have to buy another seat to replace this one.

Stick with a Terrible Car seat 4 Life

We purchased this car seat because it allows for a higher rear facing weight capacity. Unfortunately we hate it. We’ve had to take the cover off to wash when our kid was car sick and it hasn’t gone back on properly since. It always comes loose and just isn’t the same. The straps are also stiff and hard to tighten. There are much better products out there. We feel we’re now stuck with a terrible car seat for life.

The fabric never stays in place

I have been having this car seat for about two years now and the fabric never stays on the seat. I’ve reached out to the support team and they told me it’s because my kid moves in and out of the seat and pulling happens. But for the price of the seat this shouldn’t happen my child isn’t jumping in his seat and we have another brand seat that doesn’t do this at all with him getting in and out of it.

really wanted to like this

i really wanted to love this seat and it did but my son outgrew this in 6months and he is not even 3. We bought this car seat for our grandparents car and the straps are so short... i mean so short what was Britax thinking calling this one4life. my son constantly complains about groin buckle hurting him and we can hardly get straps over his shoulders.
