Bought new online but sent an unusable item.

I purchased this item online, for use in my offices kitchen. Upon opening the box there were empty plastic bags, the screws and dowels rolling freely around inside. Which should have been my first clue something was amiss. When I started inspecting the wooden pieces I realized that the cart had been put together previously. The finish was chipped and cracked around the screw holes, and upon further inspection found a dowel broken off inside of one of the shelves. This item was absolutely unusable and unable to be put together properly. Highly disappointed and will NOT be purchasing a product from that company again.

Kitchen storage cart with wheels

Pretty nice and good for what I bought it for, I just wish it had an another level on it. It holds six cans on each shelve.
