NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The grillheats up fine; however, clean up is challenging. The scraper does very little to assist. The drip pans really dont slide in anywhere so collection of drippings is challenging. One of the back support legs was broken off when I removed it from the box, which by the way was definitely opened and resealed. I needed to use the grill when I got it so I could not return it with the broken back support.

Panini Press Review

I was concerned when the item was delivered and saw that the box was damaged. Unfortunately, the item was slightly damaged, but usable. It would have been a challenge for me to return it and a Macy’s representative agreed to give me a 15.00% credit. In addition, I was just as surprised to find that there were no operating instructions with the item. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience.

UNABLE TO CLEAN PROPERLY

SO COMPLICATED TO CLEAN, YOU CANNOT TAKE THE PLATES OFF (AS MY PREVIOUS ONE) TO BE ABLE TO WASH, I ONLY USED IT TWICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT

In shock!

I gave this as a Christmas present. Present was opened this week and to the recipients and my shock the item was unusable! Both sides of the handle were broke at the joint. Totally apart! So disappointed. The box doesn't have exterior damage so I think it was sent to me that way. Unfortunately too late to return!
