Awful Chair!
Do not buy! The seat is raised as if to provide more cushioning, but it is hard! Additionally, the backrest is low and it is necessary to recline for support. BizChair declined my request to return this purchase on the same day it was received!

Excellent for arthritic knees
I was looking for a chair that was taller that i could take to my craft classes so that mt knees would not hurt afterwards. I loved it so much that we ordered a second one to use at home when we have company.
