Watch is perfect but I paid for a gift bag not wrapped and also it was not wrapped very nicely and did not expect the message to be in pen I expected it printed

Watch is great, seiko does a fantastic job. The packaging and shipping from Macy's was terrible. The watch arrived open, and the watch was upside down in the package.
