Subpar Customer care

Received item and began to assemble. Missing #9 piece and could'nt finish. Called Macys now 2 times asking for part and now after 3 weeks waiting the 5 days each time to get an email with an update, havent heard anything. So the item is still sitting in my spare room and i only had 35 days to return it. I will have to now disassemble it and once again call Macys waiting onnthe 3rd party seller to contact them. Have decided to stop ordering from Macys.
