Scam alert

Do not purchase. As others have shared, this item is a scam. The "120" gallon volume container goes on sale for a low price but a 28 gallon container is sent.

WRONG ITEM

Order 130 gallon deck box and what did I receive ? A 28 gallon deck box. Notified seller of issue and they acknowledged that they realized they made a mistake and had even suspended the listing because of it but still refused to help me at all or provide a refund.

Horrible Customer service and wrong size item

I purchased the 130 gallon outdoor container and received a 28 gallon. I called customer serv. And initiated a return, took it to the humble, TX location. They said no this is a 3rd party item and furniture so they won't take it. I called customer service while there and when I was connected all I could hear was tv for 30 sec until I kept saying hello. Finally an agent came on and I explained the situation. He said he would have to transfer me cause he had no idea what to do. Manager at the Macys store said that sounds about right for customer service. So now I have to get this heavy box to a ups center and pay more money to print out the label to ship it back. Such an inconvenience and will remember this next time I think I want to buy something from Macys!

Incorrect listing

Ordered a 130 gallon deck box as it stated on the listing and my confirmation. Received a 28 gallon deck box. Contacted the company and was told yes they knew it was an issue and I could return it if I wanted. The customer service was awful and fully unapologetic for their major mistake

False advertising

I purchased two 130-gallon deck boxes online when it was on sale. I received two 28-gallon deck boxes and the rep insisted that's what I ordered. My receipt clearly shows two 130 gallon deck boxes, then 28 brown, which I thought was the color code. If it was actually for 28-gallon boxes, it should have clearly stated 28 gallons rather than130-gallons. Now I have to find a way to take two heavy boxes to UPS or to Macy's in order to get a refund. What an inconvenience after being duped.

Wrong size received

Sent wrong size not as pictured I noticed that they now have this product unavailable so no one else will have this problem
