Keurig stopped working properly.

Really liked the single serve at first. Received new Keurig in June 1st. Today 6/23 it took 6 try’s to get a cup of coffee. Returning.

Waste of money

I purchased this to make one cup of coffee a day. It broke within a few months (all the water started leaking out from the bottom). I received a warranty replacement Oct 2025 and it’s now June 2026 and it’s also broken with the same issue.

Disappointed with item sent used

Incredible dissatisfaction and disappointment for a store like Macys. I ordered a coffee machine and I opened up it and it looks like it had been used and returned it had coffee grinds all over inside and all over the outside. Unbelievable and unacceptable

Love it!

This unit is easier to utilize and maintain than it's larger units. It's compact size allows for convenient placing among kitchen appliances. One only has to put the amount of water in that you desire to come out.
