Wish I had purchased it sooner
I am truly enjoying the K-Caf Smart. After owning Keurig machines in the past and decided to upgrade to the Smart machine. I walk my dog early in the morning; I now come home and make myself a latte every morning. It has been a marvelous experience. Purchasing the Machine as part of the bundle was the way to go. I also appreciate that I can now control the temperature and the strength of my coffee and using the app has been so easy.

Works great but still not perfect
Works great only wished you can warm milk simultaneously with brewing of coffee.

Will not connect to Wifi - NOT SMART
My Smart K-Cafe will not connect to my home wifi and Keurig has been unable to help me. It's a total disaster.

I like the size setting. The fretting does not start while brewing is active. Wifi has not been able to connect

Thank goodness for the 2 yr warranty !!
I’ve had the same issue 2x with this model , 1. After just one year 2. Slightly under two years of use… attempt to brew a coffee and the machine does not complete the brew and it cancels it. It makes a funny sound, and next thing you know, water is pouring out from the bottom of this machine everywhere.! I keep my machine very clean. Use only bottled water and do regular cleaning maintenance to remove any buildup. I don’t know why this is happening, but when it is not happening, it is a great machine, but thank God to Keurig standing behind their products and offering a two-year warranty, I was able to get a replacement both times.!, thank you for standing behind your products!
