Still waiting

You say it was delivered, but it wasn’t!!! I wanted the juice machine for my mother in laws Christmas present. It didn’t arrive. So I thought I would give it to her for her birthday, but it never arrived! I’m never ever purchasing anything from here online!!

Be aware of this product. I purchased it and product is damaged and does not turn on. I do not know how Macy’s allow vendors to advertise and sell defective products to customers.

Horrible

Bought it in December 2024 is February 2025 blade is cracked ! I only used it every 2 weeks . Wish i could get a replacement or a refund.
