QUAILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES

QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. The mattress leaked and became unusable after less than 10 inflations - the seller agreed to replace the item - the first replacement was "lost on the delivery truck" and the second replacement never sent/received. Frustrating experience enough to keep me from ever ordering from Macys again - and I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years.

Like the thickness

Don't feel like your sleeping on the floor. Holding up nicely so far. Seams a little hard after inflation but i vented a little air and it was very comfortable.
