Quality control

The jacket had a large spot on it and the plastic security tag had not been removed. Looked like someone grabbed it off the rack.

Who packs the online orders??

The Polo Suit Jacket I ordered was pooly packaged and arrived in horrible condition. This item is made of LINEN but someone at MACY's decided to simply roll it up in a tight ball and shove it in a plastic envelope. I'm not exagerrating. What a thoughtless way to pack any suit jacket for shipping, especpically a linen one. Now I have to take it for a full pressing/steaming before I can wear it. More time and cost for me. Thanks for the extra trouble, MACY's.

Questionable Quality

I previously purchased a Lauren linen sports jacket and loved it Navy color, fully lined sports jacket. I decided to purchase a full linen suit and decided to go with Lauren again. To my dismay the suite arrives and the jacket only has lining in the sleeves this is ridiculous for the price of this suit and the brand, the jacket is not lined. This is the mark of a discount brand suit totally annoyed never expected this.

Beautiful jacket but a bit lightweight

I looked at many linen jackets and RL was at the top of my price point. Nevertheless, I kept going back to it because of style, fit and quality. It’s a lightweight linen jacket, maybe a bit too lightweight, but performs beautifully in all other ways. It now sits in my closet and I’m pleased about that.

Polo Suit Jacket / Great customer service

Great jacket! Lite weight and looks great! It's a nice piece to have in your wardrobe to dress up a pair of jeans and Polo shirt. I especially like the material and how easily it drapes overall. I bought this on-sale (about half the normal price) and well worth it. Also the sales person (Albina) at the Cherry Creek Macy's store in Denver was great! Her customer service was outstanding and she was super helpful. I give her 10 out of 10 stars!!!
