Bad business practice!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The item was never received. It got lost between the vendor (My Home Products) and FedEx. What makes it worse, is that I was never contacted that there was an issue. By the time I found out, the item was no longer in stock, and my sister would now go without a Christmas gift from me! I requested a refund, which I was told that I'd have to wait up to TEN business days to see posted to my account.
