Horrible

I never write reviews, but I was disappointed with the quality of this item. After using for only one time, the food easily burnt and the burnt marks were hard to wash off. When i washed off the item with a non scratch sponge, the finish come off and you can see the silver metal through.

Love it

Order it once loved it and then ordered it again. . The handles do get hot so use with caution. Of course it’s metal. This comal text me back to when I lived in Mexico. I love roasting my chilies on one of them and using the other one for tortillas. It’s really nice very sturdy a lot heavier than I thought but not too heavy. I think it’s perfect.

Shame on Macy's

I can't rate what I didn't receive. the first one they canceled after it was paid for and said in transit the second one having to repeat myself over and over again to customer service they charged my card again didn't refund me for the first one that was canceled and then sent me an email said that item is in transit the day came and passed never received it call customer service only to be asked if it was delivered next door or on the wrong block just dimwitted questions went online it states that is being processed so now this is my third and final attempt to see if I receive my item that I paid for twice and I'm still waiting on my first refund. SHAME on you Macy's like someone else stated you should not charge until you know you have enough of the item in stock to send it to the consumer.
