Item broken

I opened the box and I saw that a dish has broke inside I just want to say to be careful when shipping as UPS tends to not be careful especially since this is ceramic.

This was delivered broken. Whoever shipped the package had to have been aware that it was. Box was not damaged at all. As soon as I picked it up I knew the item was broken.
