Love the convenience!!!
I absolutely love this Purifier, we just got hit with a huge Arctic blast of cold air and this machine kept me warm all through the night.

I’m so happy to get again a new technology Dyson specially the remote control magnet make things easier and the airflow system so filling like no going out.

Poor display.
The user interface could be a lot better. I was disappointed that it had no wifi connection to show the status. The app provided only links to videos. The screen on the device is too small, text is unreadable and icons are inexplicable.

I live in different house after using the Dyson HP10. What an improvement.

Great piece of kit.
Ok, not used the cooling function yet, however the heat function is excellent, in fact too good. I only have it on for around 30 minutes before my room is too hot. Hopefully the cooling function is as good. I know its a lot of money to pay out in one go however the saving on electric pays for itself over time.

Great all rounder
Fantastic device purchased for our dining conservatory taking hardly no time at all in heating this space up. Best heater with the added filtration and cooling for the warmer weather. Great all rounder.

Instructions Zero
The only reason I only give 3 stars is complete lack of instructions. There is a screen display with information numbers, I do not know what the numbers mean, so what is the point. Unable to find info and phoning Dyson was zero help. So very disappointed
