Great vacuum, difficult to pull apart

I love using this vacuum. It is lightweight and works great! My only complaint is how difficult and what a challenge it is to detach the stick from the machine. I struggle every time and am afraid the plastic connection will break. Hopefully, it will loosen up

Battery operated vacuum

I'm satisfied with the V12 so far. The discharge is a little harder to manipulate than the older V7 unit I had. Th e vacuum and overall function is better however I don't quite understand how the vacuum force changes on the same floor I'm vacuuming. I've always like the ability to get into place a standard vacuum can't reach.

Works well except the canister is to small and too empty you have to remove the wand.

Great vacuum

We bought this around a month ago and have to clean it a lot. That is a positive thing as it continues to pull out things the older cheaper model left.
