Too heavy for me

I bought this one to replace my cyclone v10 and I liked my cyclone v10 better. This one is much heavier and I'm thinking of returning it. The suction is good, and it is very quiet.

Nimble /easy to empty

Should have purchased this ages ago ! Nimble and so easy to empty. The rubbish it picks up from the carpet is visiblely more than the old vacuum. Happy chappy

Holding on button is annoying!

Overall I really like this vacuum. It works well and the battery lasts a while. However, I hate that you have to hold the on button. My hand gets tired after a few minutes. I just ordered an adapter that will hopefully resolve this issue but it’s kind of annoying that I have to do that. This was not a cheap vacuum.

Great bit of kit

I have always used a cylinder vacuum but was looking for a cordless device. Before purchasing I checked the reviews on Which? and they were spot on. Quick to charge, excellent suction and glides easily over carpets and hard floors without having to change anything. Good display showing battery life for each of the three modes and easy to change attachments for stairs, the car etc. Very pleased and would certainly recommend.
