Resizing problems

I bought this for my girlfriend today & only 2 links were able to be taken off, we needed an additional 2 removed for it to fit perfectly. We bought it anyway because the reps there told us that they “didn’t have the tools” to remove the extra 2 links due to the fact that it was a new style. I thought that was a bit odd, but they told us to try maybe a jewelry store. We didn’t to 2 stores and they told us that they were not able to, the first store told me that he had the tool but that it wouldn’t turn. The second store told me the same thing but said the only way he can do it is if he uses excessive force which at that point he wasn’t comfortable doing in fear of breaking the watch. I ended up having to return it because it just didn’t fit her well it was too big. It was so disappointing because it was a promotion gift and it was an incredibly beautiful piece. I hope this gets fixed soon, but I doubt it.

I took it to two different jewelers and neither could resize this watch. If you’re going to sell this, include a tool to resize it.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

I received this as a Christmas present and I am blown away by how nice it is! It looks very elegant….it’s just perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. Now I have to figure out where to take it to get a couple links taken out.

Love it!!

Feels and looks so high quality for the price. Links are adjustable and you can remove three on your own. I have small wrists so I took some out and it is perfect. A great starter watch for a collection in my opinion!

A Classic Beauty

The Eleanor watch is absolutely stunning! It goes with gold as well as silver pieces you may wear. You can style it like a wrap watch or separate the two pieces and you have a watch as well as a bracelet. So basically two pieces in one! But unfortunately, I had to return this wonderful piece due to my eye sight and needed something with a bigger face. . .I am 65. . .but if you have no issue with eye sight then you would never regret owning this piece!!
