Terrible Customer Service
Macys sells this jacket but it’s sold by a third party. The price decreased between when the time I purchased it and when it was delivered. I called Macys and asked for a price adjustment. They called the company but they wouldn’t give me the sale price. Macys refused to do anything except offer a 25% coupon. I am so unhappy with Macys.
