Good Buy

Great for supplementing the central air, great for cooling a room and the timer is nice to set for the dogs when I leave in the mornings for work.

Fan is good pump not so much

Have had this fan for about 3 months or less and worked great at first. The water pump in the bottom tank became defective to the point it would constantly pump water. Was able to get a replacement for the unit. Just tonight the replacement fan started doing the same thing. Have had multiple newair coolers with no issues but these new units just aren't the same.

Great product!

Works great!! I'm glad the water tank on this new model is removable (though I haven't done so yet). Will be so easy to clean!!

Would not.

Disappointed in this product. We use in bedroom and it slightly cools the room. It also puts out alot of humidity . There is no function to eliminate the humidifier. We have considered returning this cooler.

Unable to purchase replacement filters

I just spoke to Newair customer service who confirmed replacement filters cannot be purchased for this model. Newair, please sell replacement filters for this model so we can change them out as necessary to keep the unit running and smelling good.
