COMPLETELY FAILED IN FEWER THAN 5 YEARS

I ordered this on January 30, 2020. I came back after a weekend away (November 17, 2024), and I found that the humidor was baking my cigars (99 degrees+). Absolutely pathetic.

Amazing Humidor

My first unit came damaged glass broken (shattered). I called customer support and Camilla Mendez , Did an amazing job taking care of me. My New replacement Humidor arrived with no issues.

Newair 1500 cigar humidor

I wrote a review yesterday about my recent purchase of the 1500 Newair cigar humidor. Like I said previously, this humidor is huge. Unfortunately my appetite for cigars is humongous!! I could use another one!!

Best humidor I ever had!

Highly recommend! I was special at first but maaaan is this worth the price…This far exceeded my expectations. I was blown away when I unpacked this massive humidor. The use of space for singles or boxes is perfect. Excellent craftsmanship. Easy set up and it looks beautiful! Super easy to use. Beautiful display I'm so glad I upgraded to this awesome Newair humidor. Get you one if you want the best for your cigars.
