Terrible shelves
The fridge is fine by itself, but the shelves are absolutely trash. They sag so bad that they need to be reinforced or outright replaced by something better. Id gladly spend more for better shelves.

Love the look, but...
Bought this for our home bar. We really like the look, however, I like to keep a stocked cooler and when I fill the shelves with beer, they sag so much that it hits the items below. Is anyone else having this problem. Also the items in the back freeze. So I now keep it half full away from the back and the rest in our refrigerator.. Need a better solution for the freezing and the droopy shelves.

We have one of these beverages fridges in our house and loved it so much that we put one in our veterinary clinic lobby as well! Great quality and looks sleek and modern!

Great customer service
Fridge has been freezing over in the back panel so we have been careful to keep it away from the back wall and drinks too close to the back as well. Then the seal was pulling away from the door frame. We received a replacement but it came damaged. Again, cyst service is quick to help. We are in process of returning the 2nd damaged fridge and will wait for the new to arrive before sending the original. We appreciate the quick attention to our concerns

Very weak shelfs and noisy
I ordered this fridge that supposed to hold big amount of drinks all the shelves are very very weak as soon as you start putting drinks it’s bending and everything falling out from the slope. Also very noisy i contact the support which told me that is normal even that i have different model from them and the other one is way quiet.
