Terrible Product and zero assistance
I purchased mine 2 years ago and it stopped working six months ago. Since then, have been trying to get to fixed, with no luck. I spent half an hour on a chat on the company website and even though I was number 1 on the queue, no one connected for 30 Minutes. I would never buy this piece of junk.

I would not buy this product again
My new air wine cooler with this model number stopped working. I replaced the power board and I replaced the control board. The compressor works all the wires are connected the thermistor works it needs a new light. I know the compressor works because I jumped it and it's working fine cooling down the inside. I contacted customer support and they told me it's a compressor issue. It's not something else is going on and it's now not under warranty anymore. It was a complete lemon I searched all over for all the trouble shoot I could find everything is working it's just the wine cooler itself is not clicking on the lock light keeps showing up on the control board. I would not recommend this product to anyone. My true rating would be zero stars but that's not an option here.

Frost/Ice Issue
I bought this wine cooler a bit over a year ago. The capacity is great and I really liked it. Unfortunately, I recently noticed a thick layer of ice in the back right side of the wine cooler covering about half the back. I removed the ice, but it looks like it's coming back. It's JUST past the one year warranty, which is disappointing.

33 bottles?
The item is suppose to hold 33 btls of wine. Each of the five shelf holds 5 bts for a total of 25 bottles. Top shelf btls must be laid on their side and only 3 btls fit. Bottom shelf is the same way. So how do I get 33 btls in the cooler? Spouse sez unit is nosy. I don't hear it.
