Waiting for our NewAir broken part

Waiting for the tracking number for our replacement plastic NewAir broken IceTray part, which was ordered on Sept 25. Love the IceMaker, and hopefully we'll receive the part so it can be installed, getting our NewAir back up and running!!

Won't stop making ice and ice shovel hinge broke!

This has been a good ice maker but the design with the ice tray is bad. Once the basket gets full, it doesn't shut off? So the side effect is you have to empty it regularly. Apparently I didn't get to it and it broke the hinge? Can't find a replacement.

Great but only lasted 18 months

Worked great with regular cleanings and running cleaning solution through 1x mo, but then the tray mechanism froze up and no way to fix it. Husband tried everything to fix. Biggest downfall is it's price is high and the warranty only lasts 1 year.

A WASTE OF MONEY

USED THIS PRODUCT 3 TIMES and it stopped working!! I may have had a defective one and because its a year past the purchase date I cant get another one or a refund.
