I had high hopes
The machine started off great!! Then went downhill quickly. It has been less than a year and the machine will no longer tilt the ice over into the bin. It makes ice still but it is not dropping the ice for some reason. Also, it rusts really bad on the inside of the machine which is now impacting the ice. Ugh, I honestly don't even want to get it replaced.

Wouldn't buy again
Got this ice maker for home and have used it maybe 3-4x and today and extremely hot day decided to cut it on. Have been waiting for over an hour and no ice is dropping. I can hear the fan and the sound like it's dropping but nothing drops!!!!

Broke
My machine lasted 6 months and stopped making ice! Because it was a gift, they wouldn't replace it! I would not purchase this machine again! 😑

I love this ice maker so far
*This was sent to me as a review. I love my new ice maker so far and use it throughout the day and it holds a good bit of bullet ice in the basket at a time. My kids enjoy this ice too and put it in their cups for their juice. I highly recommend. It only takes about 10 - 12 minutes for it to make the ice. It's perfect for an apartment counter for it to sit.
