Don't Last Long!

I purchased this freezer in Aug 2021. The gray color is nice but unfortunately in 2024 the unit just stop cooler. I had a frigidaire for at least 8 years and never had a problem. Just wanted something bigger and updated. I get a code on the newair that says the cooler system is not cooling. I reached out to customer service and was insulted with a 40 percent discount for a unit that only last 3 years.I ask to escalate to a higher department which was requested in Nov 2024 and still have not heard from anyone. So Newair don't make freezers to last longer than 3 yrs this is a short time frame for a deep freezer.. Which still looks brand new.. Hopefully they can make a customer satisfied.

I Love this Freezer!

I got my NewAir Chest Freezer and I was so happy to receive it! Two of my favorite things about it are the beautiful matte black finish and that it has the temperature on the top so it is always easy to find. The size is great for being able to fit plenty of items into but, but also being able to keep it organized. The basket on the top is also really handy for organization as well. This is a great freezer and I'd recommend it if you are looking for an option for more freezer space!

This is the Perfect Compact Chest Freezer!

I have been on the hunt for a freezer chest for quite sometime and I love this unit and am so happy to have gotten it! It is a nice large size all in a compact design and the added features make it a stand out! I love the digital control panel and the versatility that it provides plus the door alarm and more! It's a must ahve and I have been able to stock up on meats and freezer goodies when they are on sale now that i have this unit!
