Well-constructed and so functional!
This is now the nicest pan I own! The stainless steel construction is beautiful and functional. It heats quickly and evenly. The lid fits perfectly and makes a great seal. A thoughtful extra touch are the measuring marks on the inside! At a little under four quarts, it’s quite versatile. So far, I have made risotto, soup, stew, and candy in it, and they have all turned out well! This pan is now an essential tool in my kitchen that I keep returning to!

Great quality pan
This OXO Mira is a stainless steel pan. This pan is made from a couple stainless steel layers and a heat-radiant aluminum core. This is a pan that provides fast and even cooking. The pans surface prevents stains and heat discoloration. I use this to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I use it to prepare main dishes, reheat soup, prepare steaks, and more. I was on a liquid diet and prepared soup. It tastes amazing. I love the pans deep sides. They prevent messes when I sear, brown and saute. The heat-safe lid is made of glass. You can check what you are preparing without letting any heat escape. The flat knob makes it easy to flip the lid over. I love that it keeps the countertop clean. The stainless-steel handle is lightweight and contoured. This pan is a durable metal construction. I love that this pan is dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleanup. I love that this pan is stainless steel. The size of this pan is amazing. The pan is easy to clean. I love the handle on the pan. It makes it easy to pour. The handle is thick and long. The handle on the lid is easy to hold. I love that this pan is easy to use. I love that it matches with other pans. This is a great pan. I highly recommend it.

Quality pan!

If you love to cook this pan is a must have!
I thoroughly love this pan! (Was so in the moment and excited when I used it I forgot to take a pic cooking with it) It’s a decently heavy duty pan, fits in with my other pans wonderfully though so storing it isn’t a hassle. I used this to make home made funnel cakes and let me tell you, this pan is PERFECT for them. It makes them the perfect shape and the pan is deep enough to put oil in without worrying about a spill.

Chef quality pan
This chef's pan feels like a professional grade tool. The pan and the lid are beautiful with substantial weight. It is slightly smaller than I am used to, but large enough to make a one pot meal. I tried an easy version of chicken paella in it. The chicken browned up nicely and the pan de glazed easily. I recommend using care not to touch the edge of the pan when heated and using a potholder when lifting the lid. Both got excessively hot. I initially deducted two stars for the heat transfer and the wrist burn but I added one back after cleaning the pan. I thought for sure it was going to be miserable to clean after charring rice all across the bottom of the pan but cleaning was a breeze. It wiped up easily and looks brand new again. My paella came out perfect. I look forward to using this pan regularly but I will be more cautious the next time I use it. Ultimately, I do recommend this pan.

Great for woks!
Used this for a wok and it worked great! Seems like a very good quality. It’s a good size and cooks well. It’s veeeery heavy though, not sure if that’s because of the quality but def heavier than my other pans.

Pan with measurements etched in
Love this stainless steel pan! We are trying to switch out all our pots and pans to stainless steel or cast iron. We were pleasantly surprised that this pan has measuring tools built into the pan for sauces. It’s not child friendly as the handle can retain heat but if you use a pan holder it’s no issue and worth it!

Strong
This pan from oxo is fantastic! It’s my new go to pan. I have a family of four so often I need a good sized pan to prepare meals and this is very large for the task. It’s really robust as it’s heavy and isn’t going to warp or dent etc. the handle is a great big size. It also is a steal when it comes to value based on its price. I’d pay twice as much easily for this pan easily.
