delivery process took for ever

I ordered this item to pick up because I really needed it. it to 3 weeks for the store to tell me it was ready for pickup. I contacted Customer service to ask for a cancellation and they told me not to worry that I would get my refund back. they never cancelled the order and I waited so long. Next time I'll just go to my nearest store.

Used only once, hard to clean both pan and grill, especially the grill.

Happy with the purchase of this pan

This pan is exactly what I needed for cooking bacon in the oven. The rack and the pan are easy to clean, and the bacon is cooked to my liking without me having to watch over it or turn the bacon. Very good quality.
