Icy Sparkle

This blue topaz pendant is a brilliant, clear, sky blue. The diamonds surrounding the topaz appear to be very good quality with nice sparkle. The pendant lies flat when you wear it and the reverse side is fully finished. I am impressed with the quality and the price. I bought it for a gift and think the recipient will be very pleased.
