In store returns not allowed

I like the color and style of the chair. But it wobbles a little and I don’t know how to fix that. And I’m not happy that a chair that I purchased from Macy’s website cannot be returned to the store.

This chair is perfect for me

Bought this chair about a month ago and it fit perfectly in the space which was my vanity in my bathroom and is unbelievably comfortable. It was also very easy to put together. The packaging was simple and all I had to do is add the legs which was a breeze, even for this 75-year-old.
