Excellent workout mat

Love this mat especially for ab exercises. Definitely helps support your back versus thin regular mats. Also wanted something portable to travel with and it is perfect especially with the handles.

The quality of this mat is incredible. It makes the workouts more comfortable since the design adds more cushion. Perfect for the new floors we have at the studio regarding comfort.

folding mat was exactly what i needed

I was looking for an easier to set up comfy mat for my knee surgery and this item fit the bill. i do child's pose every day to open up the hips and watch tv using this too.

Best mats for the price!!

These mats are awesome! Great padding and very durable. I love the looks and the handles. It’s stores away nicely with the tri fold. My clients love them as well

Versatile Mat and easy storage

This mat is perfect for an ubran apartment. It provides comfort and cushions the sound of low impact workouts so as not to disturb neighbors below. The pading provides support for my knees and is the perfect thickness for most core work.
