fraudulent seller alert

I’m very upset I orden this item for Christmas for my son I submitted my orden on time and never send the item I try to contact the buyer he’s not even bother to answer any messages completely disappointed I hope Macy’s removed this type fraudulent sellers that not willing to be responsible for sending items they hold the money for no reason please DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL saving you money or buy on other place you wasted your time and money BEWARE !!!
