Great Bargain

My Tag Cityscape luggage set was perfect for what I needed. The larger bag held 49 lbs comfortably and the carryon bag was so light & easy to manuver through a crowded airport. The black canvas tote held quite a bit including my laptop, purse, books & fit perfectly on top of the carryon bag. The luggage's blue color is so cute. The only reason I didn't give it a 5, was because I had a little problem with the extender zipper on the checked bag. (I probably overstuffed it though..lol)

Would not recommend

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this brand of suitcase. I purchased it to go on a eight day trip. Suitcase was not stuffed and the inside straps broke.

Piece of Garbage! Save Your Warranty!

This luggage broke at the wheels upon the first use. However, since I had purchased it 2 weeks before my trip, upon returning, my 30-day return window had expired by 2 weeks. After speaking with 3 Macy's representatives, I was not closer to getting any help. One representative gave me the phone number for the Tag Watch company. Another told me they could help me, but then basically told me tough luck after asking a supervisor. Now I am emailing the manufacturer to try to get a replacement. I'm deleting my Macy's APP and cutting up my card. Good-bye!!!
