Disapointing quality and comfort

We purchased this chair to assist my wife move from sitting to standing and so liked the lift function. We found that function works albeit a little slowly. The challenges with this chair are 1) seat is narrow 2) The seat is very firm and required an extra memory foam, or like, cushion 3) the arms although wide are low and topped by lightly filled and very soft cushions so they provide no support when rising or sitting down. The chair can be returned but must be returned in the original packaging which is impossible because in the assembly process straps that compress the package must be released. We now use the chair to a guest chair in our living room and we are looking for something most robust and comfortable,

Lookin' Great!

Excellent chair! Surprised not regular delivery & care by Macy, but we had guests, so they helped. 2 people easily put chair together. We couldn't have. Chair itself has been great, looks really good. Amazing features. He loves it. THANX

Buyer Beware

Garbage Don't throw away the boxes, can't return without them! Way too short for 5'6" person, too narrow a seat, every time you sit you stick to the armrests and pull on them. For the 3 days the heat and massage functions worked they were minimal and hard to even feel. On day 4 the remote died, only the heat button lit up but no heat to speak of. Electrical cords dangle out of the back of the chair. Needs a large space to get the backrest down. Doesn't lay even close to flat. Assembly instructions written in broken English and incomplete sentences. Tells you where this was made ...not the US.

warranty information

I love the chair. When purchased there was no warranty information on the motor or heat/massage. Please provide this information. Also, information about an extended warranty. Thank you, Garry Amburgy

frayed material

Chair is comfortable but when I received chair had frayed material on foot rest now about a month into owning it the fraying is worse and looks bad.
