Horrible experience
I ordered a North Face Jacket online as a Black Friday sale. It’s now Dec 18 and I’ve been notified the item is on back order with no available shipping nor delivery date. My money was automatically refunded to me without any options of choosing another item. I will now take my business to Dillard’s for future purchases. Do better Macys!
Spend the extra money
Pretty basic, comfortable jacket. A little boxy, so good for layering. No inside pocket for a wallet or keys, no cinch on waist, the hood is pretty loose. Feels like it is on the low end for a NF product. I've worn this in low to mid-50 degrees and it feels fine. I've also worn it in the 40s and did not keep my warm at all (you definitely need another layer). Bought this on sale for half off. I'd recommend spending a little more money and getting a better jacket.
