It's a classic for a reason
I've wanted a Retro Denali for the past year or so, and it definitely lives up to the hype. The fleece is incredibly warm without feeling overly bulky, and the classic boxy fit looks exactly how I remember seeing these when I was a younger whippersnapper. One of my favorite features is that it zips straight into my North Face GORE-TEX Mountain Jacket, making it an excellent layering piece for cold/rainy weather. The green colorway is timeless, and overall it's a jacket that combines retro style with genuine everyday practicality. Couldn't recommend more

Sizing is wonky
Had to return it. I ordered a small and while I understand it has a "relaxed fit" it was baggier than my old medium I was replacing. I love the look and the quality, but the small was made for a short fat man.

This is my 3rd time I bought this.
Great! Warm, but not bulky. Perfectly cut for wearing heavy sweatshirt underneath. Good for 30 degrees to 50 degrees. I've had 2 before this that lasted 6 or 7 years. Wanted a change, bought something else. Donated it to charity and went back to the NF.

Slob look
I own two Danali coats, and love them. I purchased two more in what I thought were two new colors. These coats are "relaxed" fit, but really should be labeled " slob" fit. The sleeves are ridiculously large. I am 68 years old and do not dress like a slobishly 15 year old.

The North face - A Brand That Stands Behind Their Products!!
I LOVE the North face brand! I have been using their products since the mid-90's. They stand behind their products and that is why I will continue purchasing their products for another 35 years! I would definitely buy this product again, just in a different color! LOL!
