Perfect purse

My husband bought this purse for me in black to replace the huge satchel/tote he previously bought for my Christmas present. We picked this purse out together and it is the perfect size, enough interior pockets, and soft leather. I like the adjustable canvas shoulder strap.

Straps are faulty

The straps on this purse are faulty. With minimal use, the straps on both sides have failed and the purse is no longer usable. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Wheres my package

Ten days after order is placed and still no delivery! Seems to be a delivery issue with UPS and Macy's. I'll certainly consider this when making future purchases.
