Keeping me warm!

I have been wearing the coat regularly this cold cold Cleveland winter. I really like it, I’m warm and its length helps keep me so. The bottom zippers allow me to get in the car easier. I ordered a 3x, I often wear a 2x, but the 3x is fitting. I wish it had a few snaps and not only the main zipper, but that is a minimal note. The inside pockets are a nice touch.

I have not received my item. It has been delayed and said coming yesterday and it was not delivered.

Package not arriving

I ordered this on 1/22/26 and expected shipping per the order in 3 to 6 business days. i still have not received it and it is still noted as processing and not shipped.

Jacket great .. return process terrible

While there was nothing wrong with the jacket I just didn't like the style on me. The return process however was not pleasant. Buyer beware for anything on Macy's website that is sold third party. If you initiate the return online before you get to the store there seems to be hiccups. It's not a standard return for Macy's. Hit or Miss whether it will come up in the computer. I spent well over 40 minute with a very nice Macy's associate calling in overseas as to why the item number wouldn't come up on their end. I left with it unresolved.. only to repeat the return process at home and try and print the label out on my own. I really hope they resolve the hiccups with third party vendors for Christmas returns start!
