The Best!!

I boughtthe quarter sheet with a set and ended up buying the rack separately. I was looking for a sheet that was oven safe above 400 and I have found my new favorite! The quality in material, durability, design, and just overall is the best! I think I've found my new go-to for cookware!

Great quarter-sheet rack

Last year I ordered the 28-piece Titanium Excellence cookware set. I have been very impressed with the performance of everything. It did come with a quarter-sheet and a half-sheet baking pan, and a rack for the half-sheet pan. I had wanted a quarter-sheet rack, and recently found one in the accessories section. Since getting it, I have used it almost nightly for cooking fish and chicken. Both the pan and the rack are heavy-duty with a beautiful stainless finish. They are easy to clean and hold up under high oven and pellet-grill temperatures. The rack also comes in handy as a cooling rack for smaller quantities of baked goods.
