I ordered it TWICE

And twice they sent the wrong watch. “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” Stuhrling said there was a “glitch” in their system that they obviously have not fixed. I wrote to the President of Stuhrling, but only crickets in reply.

They sent the wrong watch.

They sent the wrong watch. The one they sent cost half the price of the one I ordered and paid for. Also, kind of a hassle returning it because it is not directly through Macy’s. It is through a third party seller.
