A1 Scratch Defense Fry Pans OK

These fry pans have heft an quality construction I expected, but I had reservations about the scratch defense non-stick coating. The rippled nature of the design had me concerned that food would stick in the grooves; unfortunately this has turned out to be true. When we cook eggs there is a bunch of residue in the grooves. It cleans out easy enough, but that means I am losing a bit of my food to the pan. It is more cleanup than it should be for a brand new non-stick pan, especially for the price I paid. I regret not buying something with a smooth finish.

Not ideal for Asian cooking

This wok took a long time to heat up evenly, and it started to lose its non-stick elements after 8 months. Due to that, the dishes didn't taste good. We also worried that it affects food safety, and we are going to discard this work :-( Definitely not suitable for Asia cooking.

This is a great pan

I cook stuff in this that normally Sticks no matter what you use and you end up having to stand here to sink soak it for a while scrub on it soak it for a while but this thing you take it over there you run water in it you take your sponge swish it around in there you know scrub it a little bit and it's clean

Came with a not smooth top cooking surface.

Had little raised bits on the cooking surface. Sent it back. Had to reach back out for refund to be processed after they had it back for a week. They did refund it so thats good at least but with this being my first circulon purchase I will stick to zwilling / staub for purchases like this going forward.
