Worst return experience

The product itself was OK, for the price however it did not fit in the spot that I wanted to place it, so I decided to return it. I initiated the return via app which allowed me to return at the store. I-took the entire cabinet to the store where I was told I cannot return it at the store, and I need to take it back home disassemble the unit and ship it back. Although it was such an inconvenience to take the big cabinet back home but of course I did and shipped it back. The return was received at the warehouse on January 14, 2026 and I did not receive my refund until February 14, 2026, which took several phone calls to Macy’s customer service where I was promised each time I would get my refund within 10 days. I will never order anything from Macy’s that cannot be returned at the store.
