This thing is amazing, lightweight and perfect size. Not too small and not overly big. Easy to keep up with as far as cleaning and supports the weight if its job.

Poor experience which is ongoing
Arrived damaged. Email stated choose refund or replacement. Return process/Customer Service Inquiry difficult and waste of my time due to providing all information in online chat and then having to provide it again to a live agent even though the agent asked for time to review the chat. Advised that replacement is not possible as item is from a 3rd party. Refund initiated on 02/27/2025. New item ordered on 02/27/2025. The Review title should be Damaged item and very inefficient Customer Service Experience, but they do not allow that many characters. So, I'll just go with poor experience which is also ongoing.

I had been looking for a way to hang my husband’s hats and this is it. Also I have room on top for his colognes. It was very easy to put up, it took minutes. No more hats on tables, dressers, floor or bed.

Amazing and easy to install!
We absolutely love this coat hook/ shelf we received. It was incredibly easy to install and it looks perfect near our front door. It seems very well made and I absolutely would order more products from this company. I love the little shelf at the top I think it really gives it something special and makes it very homey!

I received this on purpose to try. It is very well made. Very sturdy. Love the modern esthetic. Nice size shelf on top and hooks to hang whatever you want (towels, coats, pot or pans) depending on where you put it.

Love the new rack’
This rack is just what I wanted. Love the look in entryway. Replacing a flimsy one we’ve had for too long. Sturdy and easy to install. No assembly required. Very reasonable price, even better with a Macy’s discount. Highly recommended!
