Lampshades Disapointment

The lampshades were packed in a large box with some type of packaging material, but when the box was opened I discovered that the shades had a large dent. I was able to get the dent out. After the clear wrapping was removed I found several small dents all over both shades and these dents are seen really bad when the lights are on. Before the wrapping was removed the dents couldn’t be seen. I would have sent them back, but I know you won’t take them back now that the clear wrapping has been removed, and I was having a function at my home and you wouldn’t have them back in time. I would like for your company take care of this matter as I paid too much money to have all these dent on the shades

High quality. What you want!

I purchased two identical chimney shades. They were truly identical,showing consistency, which quality requires. They shoot light out at a great angle for precision work.

Uneven shade appears lopsided

The bottom of the lampshade is uneven. Due to its size, it's very noticeable and looks lopsided from every angle. I consider myself handy but can't correct the issue by easily bending it as it is quite stiff. Which does speak to the quality. It is a brighter white than I expected.
