AWFUL DO NOT BUY

If you are very enthusiastic about scrubbing you should buy these pans. It takes about 30 min to properly clean these pans after light use. I had them for 7 months and will be throwing them all out. DO NOT BUY they are the worst. GREEN PAN IS A BAD COMPANY TO BUY COOKWARE FROM. You have been warned.

LOVE THIS COOKWARE

Just purchased The Greenpan Nova Ceramic Cookware. After throwing away all my Non-Stick cookware. After researching & reading reviews I opted for The Greenpan Nova set. I am a wife, mom of 4 & part time caterer I HAVE to have dependable cookware. I made potatoes and onions in this pot, came out BEAUTIFUL. I’ve made a cheese sauce in this pot, came out BEAUTIFUL. I am so pleased with this Nova set. I’m gonna purchase a 2nd set to give me two of each. I make large meals for my family & need more pots. I am BEGGING GREENPAN to please please please make a 10 QT Nova stockpot & 14 inch skillet in Nova in the cream color I purchased. There are so many dishes I look forward to preparing in my Nova cookware. Eggplant, smothered chicken & rice. It cooks beautifully & evenly. Made cheese grits in the pot, came out Beautiful. You all have a fan for life! Cleaned up quickly and beautifully.

6 months of use

I have had this set for six months. It was a December 2024 Christmas gift. These pans are awful. I have hand washed them every time I use them, even though they say dishwasher safe, in order to keep their integrity. EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING sticks to these pans. I have tried so many techniques. I let the pan heat up before adding anything (just like you should with stainless cookware) and it sticks. Added items cold, it sticks. Used oil, butter, spray oil and it sticks. I only used silicone utensils, never metal. I babied these pans… everything still sticks! Would not recommend
