No buyers’ remorse here.

Although I haven’t yet used all of the pots/pans, those I have used are very easy to use. Following Green Pan’s instructions (using lower heat than normal) regarding cooking, and instructions (using non abrasive tools) regarding cleaning have been effective and easy on both scores. I’m glad I researched and then bought this set.

Don’t recommend

Just after a couple of uses the edges were peeling. Only bought the two piece frying pans. Do not recommend.

Handwash strongly suggested

I was looking for a dishwasher safe pan. This was listed as dishwasher safe, but once you open the packaging, GreenPan says the suggest washing by hand instead of the dishwasher! It's a pretty color and food doesn't stick.
