order at macys
I ordered this perfume on 10/2/26 to give my aunt for her special birthday on 10/10/26. The order supposed to be delivered on 10/7/26. I didn't received the order on 10/7/26. I called twice Macys con 10/8/26 to find out where my order was and nobody could give me an answer. The first person placed on hold for more than 15 minutes, and didnt know why my order was not delivered on time. The second time I called the lady said my order was late, and it was going to be delivered on 10/13/26. I told her, to please cancel my order, the order supposed to arrived on 10/7/26, if the perfume was delivered on 10/13 it will be too late for my aunt's birthday. I asked if she could check if they had the perfume in any Macys close to me and I was told they can't do that for me. I am very disappointed to Macys due to this situation, I can't understand why I coudn't cancel the order on 10/8/26 due that my order was late and didn't need it anymore. It was a inconvenience for drive to return this item.
