Toddler Water Bottles

We have two "older" toddlers 3 years old and two "young" toddlers 13 months old. All four grandchildren love this bottle and ask for it when they visit.

Toddler bottle

Not sure why there’s bad reviews for this bottle… I’ve had a few of these for my 27m daughter with no trouble with straws or lid. Stays cleaner than cheaper bottles. Great product

Difficult lid that comes off easily

Top comes off very easily. Not a great design for young kids.

Trouble getting water up the straw

We just received this water bottle and tried it out today. My foster daughter has been using (and loving) the OXO Tot Transitions cup, and I believe the straws are fairly similar. However, this water bottle seems to be inadequately vented to allow for the water to get up through the straw.

Leakproof straw is wonderful

I love these cups. It’s the only style water bottle I have boughten for both of my kids for years. The leak proof straw is so valuable and works so well, even when the top lid isn’t closed, and they clean easily. The only negative is the straw cover/top piece can fall off from time to time and it’s hard for kids to get back on themselves.

No replacement straws

I bought 2 of these cups over a year ago, and have been looking for replacement straws ever since. I'm hesitant to use the product as an everyday cup because the straws can't be replaced. The other straw cups from oxo are great. Will the replacement straws ever become available?
